In light of the recent COVID-19 outbreak, certain airlines have confirmed their policy for cancellation, and date change without penalty*.

Note
Below mentioned policy are for reference only. The situation is still evolving and airlines continue to review their policies for approving cancellations and date changes (reschedule). We recommend you check directly with airline 2-3 weeks prior to your travel date to ensure you have latest policy information for your travel.

If your booking isn’t eligible

Currently, airlines have confirmed their policy for refunds or date changes (flight amendments) for travel dates upto March 31, 2020. The policies and terms will likely continue to be updated in the coming weeks. If your travel dates are further out, we request you to come back to this page at a later date and check your eligibility.

Should you wish to cancel a flight that is currently not eligible for a full refund, standard cancellation fees per the airline’s policy, will apply.

* Please note that for flight change requests, any difference in fare will be charged; only the amendment penalty is waived.
